Make cross-border access feel like a local connection

QuickQ keeps several routes alive at the same time. Anycast edges refresh their quality score every two seconds, and traffic moves to a better path the moment packet loss or detours appear — for overseas dashboards, competitive matches, 4K streams and remote development alike.

Typical scenarios

Three demanding workloads, tuned separately

Real-time matches fear jitter, streaming fears buffering and remote sessions fear disconnects. Each gets its own routing strategy.

Console streaming: bandwidth first

Scene strategies can be overridden

The client classifies traffic by process, and you can pin any single application to a specific channel — voice tools on the low-jitter path while backups use the high-bandwidth one, without competing.

Use it lawfully

QuickQ exists to reduce network loss on cross-border paths and to protect traffic in transit. Please follow the rules that apply where you are and never use the service for unlawful purposes.

Core capabilities

Six engineering details that decide the result

The difference between accelerators is not the slogan — it is how they handle loss, how fast they switch and what encryption costs.

Nova multipath transport

Two or more candidate paths stay alive at once. When the primary degrades, traffic moves within 80 ms without a new handshake, so there is no visible stall.

Path pre-warming

The standby path has its session state ready 300 ms in advance, which makes network changes and node switches almost invisible.

Selectable encryption

Mobile devices default to ChaCha20-Poly1305 to save power, desktops can switch to AES-256-GCM. Both offer forward secrecy and hourly key rotation.

Per-application routing

Rules work by process name and by domain, so local printers, NAS devices and banking apps keep using the local exit while everything else is accelerated.

Eight devices per account

Phones, laptops, tablets and routers share one subscription. The device list is always visible, and switching machines does not require contacting support.

Engineers on support

Tickets are handled by on-duty engineers with a five-minute average first response. Attach a diagnostic report and you will get specific node and protocol advice.

Network scale

2,860+ nodes and 31 private backbones

We spend on transport rather than padding a node count: 31 backbone routes connect the main exchange points across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

Asia Pacific: low jitter

Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul and Sydney are tuned for live matches and voice calls; any route scoring below 70 is dropped automatically.

Europe: compliant work

Frankfurt, Amsterdam and London keep long-lived sessions open for enterprise SaaS, code repositories and remote desktops.

Americas: high bandwidth

Los Angeles, Dallas and São Paulo offer higher per-connection throughput, which suits asset uploads and video meetings.

Getting started

Three steps to your first accelerated session

Install the client

Pick your system on the download page and register with an email address. No payment method is needed on the free tier.

Let it benchmark

First launch runs a link check and labels every node with a score and a recommended use, so you can take the suggestion as-is.

Fine-tune if needed

Add apps to the direct list, or pin a critical app to its own channel. Preferences then follow your account to new devices.

Product news & release notes

A new version on the first Wednesday of every month

Feature changes, measured improvements and security notices all stay on the record, so you know what an upgrade brings.

v3.8.1

Multipath transport is now the desktop default

  • Dual-path Nova routing used to require a manual toggle; it now applies from install, cutting average stall time on weak links by roughly 37%.
  • A new link score panel shows route quality from 0 to 100 and prompts a switch below 70.
  • Fixed misaligned floating panels at 200% scaling on high-DPI displays.
v3.8.0

Path pre-warming arrives, so network changes no longer need a handshake

  • The client prepares session state for the standby path in advance, keeping the tunnel up across Wi-Fi and cellular handover.
  • Average reconnect time in weak-signal areas fell from 4.2 seconds to under 0.3 seconds.
  • A low-power mode keeps the extra battery draw on mobile under 2% per hour.
Notice SA-2026-04

Annual third-party security assessment completed with no high-risk findings

  • An external team spent 18 working days reviewing client binaries, node services and the key service.
  • No high or critical issues were reported; three medium and low risk recommendations were addressed in v3.8.0.
  • The scope summary is in the security chapter of the docs, and enterprise customers can request the full report.

User feedback

From 9.6 million users and 2,300+ teams

★★★★★

“I run several overseas dashboards for cross-border retail. They used to crawl from mid-afternoon; with QuickQ the link score sits above 85 all day.”

ZhouCross-border retail
★★★★★

“What sold me is that it survives a network change. I join voice calls on my commute and no longer drop out every time I pass through a tunnel.”

ZhengRemote software engineer
★★★★★

“I was worried the router setup would be painful, but the documentation even covers routing rules. Every device in the house is covered and 4K no longer buffers.”

FAQ

A few things worth confirming before you start

These five come up most often. The full set lives on the FAQ page.

How is QuickQ different from a regular proxy?

QuickQ provides an encrypted acceleration tunnel rather than plain forwarding. Traffic between the client and the edge is protected with ChaCha20-Poly1305 or AES-256-GCM, and the QuickQ Nova protocol keeps several candidate paths alive at once, so a degrading link does not drag the whole session down the way a single-path proxy does.

What are the limits on the free tier?

The free tier opens basic nodes in 3 regions, includes 6 GB of accelerated traffic per month and allows one connected device, with no time limit. Once the monthly allowance is used you can keep connecting but speeds are capped at 20 Mbps; Premium removes the limits on nodes, traffic and devices.

How many devices can I use at the same time?

Premium allows eight simultaneous devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux and router firmware. If you sign in on more than the limit, the oldest session is disconnected rather than the account being blocked.

My connection got slower after connecting. What should I check?

First confirm the selected node is in the same region as the service you are reaching, then look at the link score in the client: below 70 means the current route is poor and you should switch. Also check whether global mode is on — moving local-only apps to the direct list usually improves speeds immediately.

Does QuickQ record what I access?

No. We do not store destination domains, transferred content or DNS queries. The account system holds only your email address, subscription state and device count; nodes keep aggregated traffic counters that cannot be traced back to an individual.
